beginnings.... It IS Energy, Your Energy!

As a newbie to the blogging world, I am beginning at the beginning.

You may well be wondering what the title, It's Energy relates to. It is our life force energy, yours and mine, that we use, exchange, and share with the rest of the planet.

During the course of a life-time, we use our energy to create what we require, in the form of shelter, sustinance, and relationships. When our stores are depleted, we sleep and renew our energy reserves from rest, the food we consume and re-creation. We exchange our energy in the form of work for money, which again we exchange for whatever we require. When we deplete our reserves to an excessive degree, our body will exhibit something we call dis-ease, which can become a chronic condition of illness if we neglect paying attention to the body's early distress signals.

Stress, fatigue, pain, hunger, anger, fear, and sorrow all are clear signals to us to step back, refresh, restore and rebalance our energy.

There are a multitude of influences which serve to distract us from managing, maintaining and preserving our energy. We have been conditioned to believe that if we do not "go-go-go" we are inadequate producers or will fail the "success test".

What we fail to see, is that we are constantly striving to achieve a target, often it is a goal someone else has created for us, that may be unattainable. This creates an imbalance, a disconnect with our soul nature or higher self, because we neglect this aspect of ourselves.

Life is a series of experiences which we have chosen to learn from, and when we do not get the lesson, it is repeated - usually with more intensity - until we finally do. Then we go on to the next one. We are gifted with an alarm system to let us know when we are off track, our emotions. The the emotions we label as positive, (happiness, joy, ecstasy) allow us to experience lightness of being, where the ones we label as negative (fear, anger, rage, sorrow, hate) signal to us we are stepping into darkness.

Light is equivalent to information - truth, whereas darkness is equivalent to dis-information, withheld knowledge often for the purpose of exerting control.
